SUMMER ROWING
Novice / Beginner Rowing
People new to sweep rowing learn the fundamentals of rowing in a safe and fun
environment. Participants are given an orientation on safety procedures, rowing
equipment, and rowing technique. Novice rowers are then teamed up with intermediate
rowers to facilitate a quick transition to rowing. In the remaining weeks, participants row
together to further refine technique and skill.

Practices are typically held on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
Each practice is from 6pm to 8pm
