Central Connecticut Rowing (CCR) is a rowing
organization based out of Middletown,
Connecticut. The mission of CCR is to promote
rowing and the growth of the rowing community
within Connecticut.
Currently, through the Middletown Parks and
Recreation Department, we offer rowing programs
for people of all ages and abilities.
Our programs are designed for athletes of all ages
and abilities, from the novice to the experienced.
Our goal is help improve and refine everyone's
rowing ability during a season on the beautiful
